A frozen moment

This is one of the photos I enjoyed taking the most. The image was captured using a technique called long exposure. What this basically means is that the camera keeps the shutter open for a longer-than-usual time, allowing it to capture movement over a duration instead of freezing a single moment (despite the title of the photo).
