Formal Silence
A ceramic sculpture embodying restraint, refinement, and quiet expectation. Without face or limbs, only the formal attire remains: a pressed shirt, suspenders, and a bowtie that echo social codes and the performance of identity. It suggests presence shaped by posture rather than voice, and the subtle pressure to appear composed. Formal Silence honors those who carry dignity inwardly, where silence speaks more than words.

Guy Hivroni
Guy Hivroni is a sculptor Born and based in Jerusalem, Guy creates his works out of a profound love for people and for material. Using a combined technique of wheel-throwing and precise hand-building, he transforms cylindrical forms into sculpted garments that spark curiosity and invite introspection. Each piece offers a quiet space for thought, imagination, and inward wandering. Through the empty garment and the language of absence, Guy seeks to gently explore what is hidden and unseen - what the clothing once covered, protected, or held close. Guy's work invites the viewer to a slow, contemplative gaze. It is also an invitation to feel the material, to read the nuances in its delicate folds, and to listen for the memory folded within the ceramic fabric, to carry the story forward, and perhaps even complete it.
