Meditation in Motion

They move forward within a light larger than themselves. The water swallows the details, leaving only rhythm — repeated motion, shared breath, a body made of many. No visible destination, only direction. Every oar enters the water as if time itself is measured through effort. For a brief moment, everything aligns: human, water, light. From within, it may feel like hard work; from afar, it appears almost like stillness. A thin human line crosses an infinite space, reminding us how moving forward is sometimes the only thing we can know for certain.
