โMaya Sarfati, a graduate of the WIZO Haifa Academy of Design and Education in Visual Communication, comes from the world of illustration, with a deep love for childrenโs book illustration as well as product design. My work often explores the more fragile places in life. I find great interest in imperfection and much beauty in sadness and longing. My pieces frequently blend reality and imagination, using symbolic elements and scenes that are detached from any specific time or place. I primarily work in collage, combining original digital art prints with acrylic paint and pencil.
