Roses in Soft Light
A luminous watercolor still life of roses arranged in a delicate vase, balancing blush pinks, warm ochres, and creamy whites against a smoky background. Layered washes on paper create softness and depth, while the floral composition feels intimate, graceful, and timeless.

โArt has been my lifelong calling, a journey that began at the age of six in Belarus and has evolved through a lifetime of professional practice. My creative path led me to Israel, where I earned my B.A. in Fine Arts and Philosophy from the University of Haifaโa combination of disciplines that continues to shape the conceptual and reflective nature of my work. โMy paintings explore the balance between meticulous realism and surrealist elements. Whether I am painting landscapes, still life, animals, or people, my aim is always to stir the soul and provoke thought. My current practice focuses on oils, acrylics, and watercolors, though my artistic background is rich with experience in classical printmaking, including etching, silk-screen, and lithography. โThroughout my career, I have presented my work in several solo exhibitions and participated in group shows with the Israel Association of Painters and Sculptors. My pieces have resonated with diverse audiences, with several works held by private individuals in Israel and abroad, including the United States and Germany. For me, every painting is an invitation for the viewer to pause, feel, and wonder.
