Shula Fremder is an Israeli multidisciplinary artist specializing in drawing and painting. Her work spans various media, including graphite, charcoal, watercolor, and oil. While her artistic journey began in her youth, Shula spent years in the field of early childhood education and pedagogy before dedicating herself fully to her art. For the past two decades, painting has been her primary focus and a profound channel for her inner world. Curatorial Work & Community Shula owned an art studio in Beer Sheva's Old City for 5 years. She founded and curated the "Staircase Gallery" at the Negev Hotel and continues to serve as a member and curator at the Negev Artists' House. Artistic Vision Shulaโ€™s realistic works are a product of deep, meticulous observation. Moving from eye to the drawing board, she explores the intricate details of her subjects, focusing on the interplay of light and shadow, textures, and color to capture the essence of the landscapes and objects before her. Exhibitions Shula has showcased her work in numerous solo and group exhibitions across Israel and internationally, including Wuppertal, Germany.
