Get out of the Box
Get Out of the Box portrays a woman in transformation, breaking free from imposed boundaries. Her upper body is adorned with pink roses, symbolizing beauty and emotional depth, while butterflies emerge from her head—representing growth, freedom, and new beginnings. On both sides, butterflies escape rigid frames, each wing contrasting in green and rose tones, reflecting duality and identity. As they break out, the woman herself transforms, her body turning green—a fusion with nature and liberation. The piece captures the moment of release from limitation, encouraging individuality, inner evolution, and the courage to move beyond the expected.

Eugene Zeltzer
Eugene Zeltzer is an Israeli artist born in 1981 who immigrated to Israel from the former Soviet Union during the 1990s. He currently lives and works in Rehovot. His artistic talent was discovered at the age of six while attending kindergarten. Recognizing his natural passion for drawing, his parents enrolled him in art school alongside his elementary education, where he spent years academically training in fine art, with formal studies in both painting and sculpture. This early education provided him with a strong technical and creative foundation that would shape his artistic path. Continuing his artistic development, Zeltzer later pursued studies in Interior Design at Shenkar College of Engineering, Design and Art. While this academic experience broadened his creative and design-based perspective, he soon realized that his true calling lay in painting, leading him to fully dedicate himself to the visual arts. Zeltzer’s work is distinguished by its rich and vibrant use of color, through which he conveys meaningful messages that evoke emotion and inspire reflection. Each painting tells a unique story, encouraging viewers to think beyond the obvious while exploring themes such as dreams, love, wisdom, perseverance, purpose, and aspiration. Working primarily with acrylic paints, he creates expressive compositions marked by depth, intensity, and bold color, using the medium to bring emotional narratives and thought-provoking ideas to life.
