Dark water moves slowly as cool fragments of light drift across its surface. The deep tones and analog texture create a sense of distance and depth, forming a quiet, meditative moment where motion and stillness coexist. This work is part of a two-image series titled “Fragments of Light”, photographed in the sea of Jaffa. The series examines how light dissolves across moving water and reflects the transient nature of the moment, with the chemical unpredictability of expired film emphasizing time as a physical presence and memory as something that continuously transforms.
